Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above.  The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged.  Return shipping cost at customer’s expense; customer must insure artwork for return. Oh No!! My ART ARRIVED DAMAGED: In the rare event your art arrives damaged, It will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you.  Please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send us an email with the photos, details,  and we will take care of it.

What is your shipping policy?

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

We or a third party will ship the goods to you within a reasonable time from the date that you made your purchase.

We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and all other countries will need to contact me directly through the website to arrange shipping fees.  All non U.S. clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their artwork.
