Brings Good Luck

Brings Good Luck features an old silver spoon surrounded by smooth, flat stones collected along a beach in Santa Barbara, California. Each stone bears a naturally formed hole created by burrowing piddock clams. Known as lucky stones, these little beachcombing treasures are said to bring good fortune to those who find them.

Part of Donna Dufault’s Worn Spoon Project, a collection celebrating the beauty of objects shaped by time, use, and the stories they carry.
